It’s exciting to start a new school year with our new community! We know Thundering Heights is a work in progress, but we assure you, we are ready to get to know your child(ren) and help this new school feel like they belong. While a few finishing touches are underway, we’re committed to providing a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Our top priority is ensuring that every student feels connected—to the new school, to their peers, and our amazing staff.
If you know a family who has recently moved into the Thundering Heights area or is still looking to register, please encourage them to register online at www.dsbn.org/register, or call the school to come and get some help filling in the electronic paperwork (905 322 1079).
We’re excited to build a safe, welcoming, and inclusive community—bringing together the amazing students and families from Kate S. Durdan and James Morden. Thank you for being part of this exciting new beginning. It’s not every day that students get to be the very first to walk the halls of a brand-new school—and we’re so glad you’re on this journey with us.

- School hours: 9:05 AM – 3:25 PM
- Supervision begins at 8:50 AM. Please plan to arrive after this time for safety reasons.
