Welcome to Thundering Heights Elementary School!

What an exciting time for us as we open our doors for the first time in September 2025. As a new school community, we are committed to always doing our best and doing what’s right.

At Thundering Heights, we continue to learn about and practice the values of respect, responsibility, kindness, and developing a true sense of belonging. We know that when we follow these expectations, good things will happen.

Bringing students together from James Morden and Kate S. Durdan, we will work to incorporate best practices and traditions from both schools!

We are committed to helping students reach great heights and prepare for continued success. We look forward to building a trusting community together! Our name was chosen to enhance student pride and to inspire both students and staff to achieve their full potential.

At Thundering Heights Elementary School, we work hard to foster strong partnerships with parents and the community. We believe this is crucial to the success of our students. We are dedicated to maintaining reciprocal and regular communication, including weekly email updates.
